I sent several emails trying to cancel this order, with NO response from RCGF store. I tryed to call and got Legend Hobbys which informed they are not In anyway connected with RCGF at all. When I went online to buy the Stinger 35cc it said it was in stock and the address for the store was in Arizona. After more research I was informed that the company was over seas and that’s where the Stinger 35cc would be shipped from. That is why I wanted to cancel my order, and this was all done in one day and on a weekend. I never got any response or confirmation of this order or a tracking number NOTHING ! ! ! But I did receive the Stinger 35cc 3 weeks later, which I no longer need because I’d already bought a DA 35cc for the airplane I was building. I will never buy from RCGF again
Even when listed in stock, still comes from overseas and you do get hit with the Tariff charges.
I purchased with free shipping and then received a bill from FedEx for the tariff and shipping fees.
The engine came quickly through the mail.
